Welcome to the Streak Performance app!
I wanted to be the first to help you get started on your journey to better health, fitness, and a better golf game by hitting the ball further using the PHG Swing & Strength Training System, exercise/workout programs, and diet in conjunction.
Getting Started
Step 1: Add a training program to your calendar
We suggest that you start with the PHG Amateur program. On the program page, click the hamburger icon in the top right-hand corner and add it to your calendar on your profile page.
Also, in parallel to the Amateur and Pro programs we have created a workout in the gym called Bombs Away that will help you build the strength and power that you need to add distance and speed to your swing. It's all about getting in great shape while learning to generate power from the ground. (If you do not have access to the gym please send us a message and we will upload a bodyweight and band program that you can do at home)
Step 2: Choose a diet protocol that you feel most comfortable with
I suggest you add the MFT™ diet to your profile and follow the simple rules. I've used this with hundreds of my clients to get them amazing results with very little effort.
If you're a little more advanced we have an excellent guide on macros that may be better suited for you.
