How to get started:

Simply click into the Bombs Away Advanced Program and click the dropdown in the upper right hand corner and select the option to add to your calendar.  This will have the program added to profile and it will show up in  the daily tasks you have to finish.  

Pick a nutrition protocol that you would like to follow and add that as well and you are ready to get started.

Workout Layouts:

Each workout in this program is structured in four sections.  

  1. Warm-up/Bulletproofing: Each workout starts with a series of movements to properly prime your body to be warm and safe for the lifting portion of the workout.  Every exercise hast two purposes on a daily basis.  First to Prevent and fix injuries that are common for people to have during a long golf career and second is to make sure you can jump right into a workout
  2. Weightlifting: This section is all about getting stronger in key lifts that will translate to your golf game making you more powerful on the course and navigate any situation you may come across on the course.
  3. Mobility: All about making sure we are getting and staying flexible while we are getting stronger. This will make you able to not only stay healthy but will make you be able to make better swings over time and make any swing that you need.l
  4. Daily Streak/Bombs Away Principles:
    1.  Everyday for best results you should be choosing to do the lunges prescribed.  This is a secret that our professional athletes have been doing the will help with every aspect of your game from generating power from the ground, mobility, and improving your endurance and making you incredibly stable throughout your swing.
    2. Daily Perfect Hands Golf Swings:  Look at the PHG Amateur Program and add these swings in on a daily basis.  This will add swing speed right away and help to make sure while you are gaining incredible power for the lifting program you are maintaining your swing plane and still hitting the ball straight.
