In the quest for a healthier lifestyle and transformation, the importance of physical activity cannot be overstated. One of my Streaks that I always incorporate 10,000-15,000 steps a day to accelerate my progress. While gym workouts and structured exercise routines have their place, sometimes the simplest activities can yield remarkable results. Walking, in particular, has emerged as a cornerstone of fitness, offering a multitude of benefits for both body and mind.

I recommend aiming for 10,000 for normal weightless and 15,000 steps per day if I am trying to really lose weight fast.  I find it very important to reap the full rewards of my transformation overall. Not only does regular walking improve cardiovascular health and endurance, but it also aids in weight management by burning calories and boosting metabolism.

Easy Ways to Get More Steps In for Me:

  1. Parking as far away as you can in every parking lot
  2. Walking to stores and places that are inside a mile of your house instead of driving
  3. Walking the golf course
  4. Pacing during work calls when I am not on video
  5. Get a standing desk and a walking treadmill

I walked a shorter golf course this week and counted my steps and I got around 15,000 steps during the round alone.
